i am 4 months pregnant. i am taking valium which i have been on for 9 years. is this safe for the baby or not. i am on 2 5mg tablets at night. for bipolar disorder. very confused and don't know what to do. before i became pregnant i was on about 6 tablets a day and have cut them down to 2 a day taken at night. what should i do about this? please help very worried i could be harming the baby... thankyou.
