You can be pregnant and have no signs of pregnancy. Your headaches and back aches can be because you are pregnant, but they can also be because you are stressed or tired or just plain sick.

February is a shorter month, so that might have thrown off the days a little too.

Just take a test like Ingi said.

Question
I had my period the first of March and it's now April 2nd and I still havent had it. (It only worries me because March has 31 days) My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the 22 and the 29 of March, but he pulled out and never came on both occasions. I would have thought that ovulation would have been around the 14th? I am having pms symptoms like extreme irritability, but still no period. I have heard that stress causes delayed periods, but wonder if Im freaking out for no reason or could be pregnant. He thinks I'm freaking out, but then said that anything is possible. I also feel it could be too early to take a test?

If you think you are missing your period, you can certainly take a test. It sounds like you are just having a late period, but a test will prove that or not. Sometimes it's good to take a test just to calm your nerves.

I think you are now a bit earlier on your periods too since February has only 29 days this year, so it would thrown things off a bit. That would make your expected date for this month earlier as well. But all of this does depend on how regular you are as well.

The pullout method is not effective for preventing pregnancy. Even pre-ejaculatory fluid has sperm in it, and he can not know when this is happening when he is inside you. If you think you ovulated around the 14th, based on that you wouldn't be pregnant because you had sex a little over a week AFTER you ovulated. You need to be ovulating or close to it to get pregnant.

i think you should go to the dr, missing your period can be because of many things, not necessarily just pregnancy. your dr can do another test, and then talk to you about contraception to prevent a pregnancy. your dr can also help to find out why you are sick if you arent pregnant.
