Q: 30month old suddenly will not walk

Suddenly, my 2 1/2 year old daugher will not walk. She cries when I try to stand her up. She is not running a fever nor has she been sick. She is very fussy and only wants to be held by me. We had x rays done, no broken bones. And lab work showed no abnormalities.

Any suggestions??

Even though the X-Rays showed no fracture, I recommend evaluation by a pediatric orthopedist. Sometimes there is a minor fracture that is difficult to find.
