My son is 16 months old, he doesn't talk very well. He tries to say about 5 words (not including mama, dada) but none of them are understandable unless your always around him. He understands a couple words, such as no, and bring mommy that. Should this be a concern? What can I do to help my son's speech?

Find a school that has a speech therapy. my daughter is fixing to be 4 and she has the same problem we but her in a school for kids that has problems like speech.shes been going since aug of 2010 and had been doing every good. i hope this help an nother thing is when you talk to him make him look at you and say your words slow. so he will see how you month moves
