I Need some advice...adam is 13 months and has had a rash on his lower lip for 1 wk. Its a roughness of the skin. Kinda like its chapped. A rash on his butt appeared last night. It blistered today.

that tells me he is consuming something that he may be allergic to. He has had milk for a few months and this didnt happen. He also nmnm nmb n bn
