Menstruation Answer A29334
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The analysis results as provided by you, show high levels of Prolactin, which could be the reason for your absent periods. Go ahead with further thorough evaluation done by a gynecologist and get started on appropriate treatment measures to bring down the Prolactin levels to normal. An ultrasound scan along with hysteroscopy test will help to rule out PCOD and ovarian changes and the endometrial scarring/injury caused due to previous abortion. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
