3 month headaches, no relief. I need help!

Please forgive my spelling
I have had the same thing for years. I found that the heat is comming from the nerves in the back of your head/neck being irritated. Do you have ANY degenerative disks in your neck or upper back? this can cause headaches. also if you take allergy meds you may need to change the brand, they made be too strong or not working.
I use a humidifier at night, no animals or dust in my bedroom, no purfumes in the laundry, regular alergy stuff you do. this has helped with the sinus inflamation that adds to the headaches. I also use a humidifier at night
*Try 2 extra strength tylenol and 3 to 4 ibuprophin at the same time(with food always). This always helps.
also have you spoken to your doctor about fibre mialga?
When I first would get these headaches for weeks and some times months, my husband kept telling me to go to a massage therapist.
i finally listened. I started with once a week, went to every two weeks then finaly once a month some times twice. Well worth the money. My headaches are almost completey gone.
