In the middle of april I fell sick quite suddently. Frist there were a few days when I was feeling some cervical muscle discomfort (on the

left side). After which, I fell to bed extremely fatigue. Then fever came in, as high as 39 C,
higher in the mornings, lower in the evening. I felt extremely fatigued like never in my life, very sleepy all day and with a strong

headache. Except for the general headache, there was one very sharp when I went up from bed in the left side of the head. I took

antibiotics. The high fever went away after about a week and. But low grade fever 37.5 continued. I felt no other symptoms. Liver

enzymes were found 3-4 times higher (found normal after another month) and C reactive protein present. Also present were many

cervical and clavicular lymph nodes. Now I feel great, energetic, but still have many left cervical lymph nodes (max 0.5 cm, painless,

mobile, hard) and muscle pain there and few nodes on right side. What could you tell me about this case?
