Hey, I just recently discovered I have mono, I was just wondering, can I still brush my teeth while plagued with it? and is there a special way that I am supposed to do it or anything I should worry about?

Also, when would be an appropriate time to throw out the infected toothe brush?

I have similar questions regarding brushing my teeth. My gums are sore and it appears as if I have canker sores on my gums. Rather than irritate or inflame my gums further, I've been using mouth wash. I just became seriously ill in the past 2 days, so its not a big deal yet. I am hoping to be able to brush tomorrow...
