I was diagnosed mononucleosis on 20.04, after 10 days, all symptoms were gone! Only liver inflammation was present (tests on 04.05 ALT=508, AST=217, GGT=98, LD=386). On 01.06 my liver enyzimes come back at normal level(ALT=33, AST=29, GGT=46, LD=210, bilirubin=15.6) my doctor said that my spleen and liver are at normal size, i started to train and after 15 days, on 15.06 i got these results from testings (ALT=38, AST=43, GGT=30, LD=235, bilirubin=19,9). All result units are U/L except bilirubin umol/L.

Is this OK and may i resume my trainings normally, without liver damaging?

Thanks
