I was diagnosed with mono earlier this year and was sick for six months, so the doctors finally removed my tonsils and my adenoids. The left side of my neck has a lump in it that is painful and i'm wondering how that could be when I have no tonsils? I am tired and have headaches as well but i'm not sure if it is related. Help.
