Hey everyone,

I have started to have some of the mono symptoms on 06.01. After using antibiotics for 10 days thanks to my clueless doctor and still having the same symptoms I decided to go to another doctor and the tests showed me I was having mono.

I just have few questions and I would really appreciate if you can answer them

- In last month I have never had fever, is that normal ?
- Besides fatigue, I was having some weird random muscle and joint pains but they passed now. I have not seen these as symptoms anywhere. So I suppose they still come with the "mono package" ?
- Sensitivity to light, not extreme but its annoying
- Pain in/around the eyesockets
- Sore throat, some yellow/white layer on my tongue.

These are the symptoms I had, I just wanted to ask if anyone else experienced smilar symptoms. So I could just stop worrying if it is something else than mono.

One more thing, I suppose there is not any cure for this disease, everyone suggests plenty of rest. Although I feel very tired, I cant take 1-2 weeks off work. Does it mean it will take much more time to heal ? It has been almost one month, although I feel I am slightly better.

Thanks in advance for help
