PLEASE HELP

today i found out that one of my BEST friends has mono. He went to get tested, and found that for some reason, ever single kind of drug/medicine they gave him, hes allergic to! the doctors have told him his spleen will probably rupture, which means he'll

yeah anyways please help i really dont want ANYTHING bad to happen to him! hes one of my BEST friends Crying or Very sad

will he die? please tell me he wont... well no please tell me the truth... thanks
