I tested posotive for mono about 3 weeks ago after having a very bad sore throat which i thought was strep throat. The only symptom i ever experienced was the sore throat however, and have had no fatigue/fever/spleen enlargment/liver or stomach pain or anything else i can really think of. My energy levels are fine, i've been able to work out over the last 2 weeks with no negative effect.

Is it possible i had an extremely weak strain of mono and my body managed to fight away the long lasting symptoms. I have a very high metabolism and have kept extremely fit over the years.

Basically I am wondering if i am still infectious if i have absolutely no symptoms and never showed any at any point apart from a very sore throat and a positive test result
