Hi,
I went into the doctor’s last Friday and they have me a strep test cause my throat is KILLING me and I have a high fever. Strep test was negative and turns out I have mono. My only real symptom is this sore throat that hurts SO BAD to swallow. Ive been on prednisone for about 4 days now and I take 2 vicodin every 6 hours and it is still rough to go to sleep. They also made this liquid concoction that is supposed to numb my throat but does nothing. I know I sound whiny but this sore throat has been going on way too long…I need some relief. Is it going to come soon?

P.S. I started feeling sick about June 20th and missed my college orientation - very bummed!
