I am 63 years old and was diagnosed with mono last Sept. It's been a year and most of the time I feel ok but I seem to get sick very easily like I get every virus that is around. Anyone else have this problem with their immune system not doing its job after mono?

Regardless of the cause, it seems that you have a low immune system. To boost it, you might try talking colostrum tablets and supplement your vitamin intake with a multivitamin in capsule form and with a liquid vitamin targeted specifically for immunity. Plus, decrease your intake of caffeine and try to drink straight teas like camomille and peppermint which are great for your nervous and digestive systems.
