Hello, I`m 17 years old and currently receiving the same symptoms [ie. flu like with swollen, purple, white spotted glands causing extremely agonizing pain.] that I have previously had with mono. When I was 15 I got mono, soon after being diagnosed with coxsakie virus and A.N.U.G [Commonly referred to as trench mouth] putting me in bed for 4 months, barely even being able to drink Ensure for my meals. I have yet to go to the doctor because my aunt is denying any possibility of me having it again.

Did getting all of that sickness, in that little of time, raise my chances for getting mono a second time? Or should I not be worried much about it...
