i have been sick 4 a few weeks before i found out i had mono for sure the doctor says i should stay on the couch for 6 weeks but i feel fine. am i back to normal? i think so? should i stay on the couch and let my summer rot away for the chance that i may still be sick??? or should i get out of the house and have a fun awesome summer and go to camps??????please help??signed bickerwic:)

My suggestion is to take it easy even if you feel well. Some people develop post-mono fatigue and relapse if they don't rest enough after they first feel better. You want to take it easy.

recover
definitely take it easy, you will still feel weak even after going through the worst symptoms. Your body needs time to recover, so eat healthy and rest for a while.

YES!!! that happened to me. pushed it too hard. and BOY am i paying for it. REST REST REST REST REST
