hi,I am a man who has a protected sex with another man who already tested hiv 3 times during 4 month.the other day,I feel sleepy, then I began to worried about the HIV.then after 180 days ,I went to Beijing CDC to test HIV,the result is nagative.then doctor said I am fine.but after 1 years ,my mouth got moniliasis infection.I am only 21 years old.I know this kind of infection shouldnot happen at this age usually.although the infection is not serious but still ,I feel scary.
I only took once after 180days for hiv test.I donot know what should I do.and am I really got HIV infected?

Extremely eHealthy
Since you have tested negative 180 days after possible exposure to HIV, you shouldn't worry for being HIV positive.
The vast majority of people (99%) have detectable antibodies by three months after HIV infection, and, a six-month window (period when there are no detectable antibodies, but, person is still HIV positive) is extremely rare with modern antibody testing.
Moniliasis is candida oral infection, that can be caused or related to recent antibiotic or corticosteroid use, diabetic people, ones that suffer from acid reflux, smokers, and people with low immune system due to different causes (not only people with HIV immunodeficiency).
