Now from past 1 or 2 yrs i observe dark small irregular moles on right side of his forehead and behind his ear, near left eye, scalp and shoulder too.He is now 56.After the recovery from injury he never took any scan tests again. Please doctor suggest me what should i do? Is something related to the injury?

I am sorry but if you want to address the doctor you must go to the top of the page where it says to "Ask a Doctor:...We are general public answering here....

I would think if he was having an annual physician to bring this to the attention of the doctor and see what he has to say...Good luck...

Moles tend to come on after 50 more often than before. It's possible they have nothing to do with his accident. Find out if anyone else in his family has moles. If they do, it's a good bet that's all it is.

He'll need to be seen by a qualified dermatologist.

Everyone has moles...irregular borders should be examined as well as suddenly new, especially dark ones or ones that have multiple colors.

Head injury years ago and now new moles...not related.

It is quite normal for people to develop new moles from time to time until they reach their 40s.
The growth of new moles is less common after forty years of age.
All moles that appear later in life need closer look by dermatologist.
