I've had a mole on my back for years & I got it checked out about 3 months ago and was fine-no cancer. I noticed a couple days ago that underneath the mole is what looks like a red inflamed spot. It doesn't hurt, but looks funny & bleeds after I come out of the shower. Is this anything to be concerned about or what can I do? I've been using Vaseline & neosporin.

Hi Chery1M30 and welcome to ehealth: I would call your doctor about this and tell him/her that it is bleeding....I feel that when something looks different that it is time to take note....Use plain warm to very warm water on it and keep it clean....Take care...
