Q: Mole diagnosis ?

Just wanted to know why in Australia when someone has a suspicios mole , and they do not know what it is , Is to hack it out with a sharp blade and send it in for testing.

While there is a second option for American Movie stars ,Politicians and the rich ,which is either to " freeze it off with dry ice" or use "Laser treatment to burn it off." I remember when Ronald Reagan got his melanoma removed from his nose with dry ice. I think Michael Jackson will get Laser treatment for his.

Please can someone explain this reason to me ?

If you have anything suspicious, see a Dermatologist about this...Never try and cut it out yourself...When a mole is examined they can find how deep this has invaded your body...It is important in their decision if this may be a melonoma...Each skin cancer is treated different...Let them decide and don't guess...
