drama I had mohs surgery for squamous cell cancer on my hand along my thumb. It was very interesting! It gave me peace of mind to have them take a section at a time and examine it under a microscope and to keep cutting until the skin was clear. There was no pain after being number up. The incision was much smaller then one I had for another squamous area on my arm. That scar is really long and I did not know if they had gotten all of the cancer until the lab examined everything. That surgery was not mohs. Hopefully this will help someone.

Extremely eHealthy
It's calming when you know that the cancer is removed precisely, and, also, because the healthy tissue is spared as much as possible.
This technique has very high cure rate cited between 97 to 99%.
