Except in cases where a
pregnant woman is killed and the unborn
dies too. Then suddenly it's double
homicide. Do they have rights or
not?
They do not have rights, the rights belong
to the woman. When a woman chooses to
carry a child to term and an outside
perpetrator kills the fetus, that
perpetrator takes away the right of the
woman to her future child. The crime is
against the woman.
If this wasn't the case there would be no
way to separate legal abortion from
homicide, because you couldn't give a
fetus rights in only some situations and
not others.

What the HELL is going on with my
username? First I got a PM that it was
breaking the rules and the admin said it
was ok, and now it's been changed and I
got another welcome PM?
Anyway... If the unborn has no rights then
why does it count as double homicide? Just
because it violates the woman's right to
give birth to it? Then it should be
homicide and theft. Mur.d3r is a very
specific term applying to the unlawful
killing of another person.

Clarify anyway! Are you ok with abortion
in the early months? For
rape/disease/harm?
Teens?
I don't agree with abortion except for
extreme cases such as rape or the mothers
life is in danger, but at the same time I
understand that making abortion illegal
won't reduce the number or abortions and
it will also harm the women seeking
illegal abortions possibly resulting in
death. I think making it illegal will
just do more harm than good.
