18mnth old nonstop screaming

im a single mum of 2, my 18mnth old girl when i a lay her down in her bed starts screaming at the top of her lungs, i go in there and pick her up to calm her she is fine just cuddles, this is been happpening the past 2 nights, ALL night, im at my wits end. iv tried panadol and teething jell. i just have no idea how to handle it, im so tired.
