Mixing Home Remedies?

I know the best home remedies are plain yogurt, acidophilus, garlic, tea tree oil, (ac)vinegar and hydrogen peroxide, so I rotate between these. But can I mix any of them together to make a super yeast killing potion?

I mixed the peroxide and ACV with water in a spray bottle and use it occasionally throughout the day. It seems to help and usually make the itch go away. Then I read that mixing the two causes a reaction of parecetic acid, so not sure if that is not good for down there?

Which are safe and more effective when mixed?

Thanks
L

Hello!

I actually do mix it and haven't had any problems. I usually purchase the Extra Cleansing Douche Vinegar and water. I about 1/3 to 1/2 of the liquid out and add the peroxide and two acidophilus capsules. I let it sit for about a hour. I do this each time there is a change in my discharge. It's VERY effective for fighting BV.
