I am 13 years old and on Friday I fainted. My parents took me to the ER and they did an EKG? and it was abnormal. So my cardiologist appointmet was bumped up for the following day. The doctor did an echo and he diagnosed me with mitral valve regurgitation. The report also said watch for MVP. he ordered me yet another Holtet monitor for Wednesday. because I am experiencing palpitations. HE also ordered a stress test for Thursday. Can some please tell me what to expect during the stress tet? some advice? Oh and some info about what I was diagnosed with ? Thank you.
