I'm not sure what the question is. Mitral valve prolapse is extremely common, particularly in women and is usually of little consequence. In more severe forms there are changes in the mitral valve that are of significance. Mitral valve prolapse diagnosed only with a mid-systolic click and no other findings should not be a contraindication to working abroad.
