I had my son in April 2008. My mirena got inserted 6 weeks later. i have all the terrible side effects with Mirena. Migranes,Severe cramping,Pain during and after sex for days (the bleeding after sex has stopped now), ... then i was fine. it seemed like mirena was perfect. but a month ago i went in to be tested for an std (cramping and pain during sex is a sign) and i was tested clean. BUT the doctor said she could FIND my mirena. (that was a month ago) she said my bf and i needed to act like we could get pregnant again. well... we used condoms at first and when condoms weren't involved i took plan B. but that was only for the first week.

I am so tired , just want to cuddle up and sleep all day (i get at least 8 hrs of sleep each night- i am NOT sleep deprived). my nipples are sore- which they are the most insensitive nipples on earth-except when i'm pregnant. i have being getting sick through out the day (aka Morning sickness)and i am never hungry. and my period is "missing/late" by a few days. It's ALWAYS on time.

Im scheduled for an ultrasound to FIND the mirena. but could it have fallen out and i have a normal pregnancy? or just a tubal pregnancy? and if i do have a tubal pregnancy ...how do they treat that? Is it possible to move it to the uterus and keep the baby? D&C? ...im just really nervous right now.
