I have been on Sprintec for a few years now. I recently had my period, and I don't take the placebos during that time. I wasn't able to refill my pack on time and was off the pill for another 4 days, but had unsafe sex several times during that time. One day I had very light spotting (only a few pinkish drops.) What are my chances of being pregnant?

Hi, Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.


Missing the pill for four days definitely increases your risk of getting pregnant and thus will suggest that you do the urine pregnancy test around 1 week after you miss your periods or have very light periods (spotting).

The serum pregnancy test is more sensitive than the urine pregnancy test. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
