Q: missed two pills-seasonique!

I had missed two of my pills on the last week of my month two pack, me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex, and he ejaculated in me, and today i went to pee, and there was brown spotting, what does tha mean?
Are there a chance i'm pregnant?
