missed schedule taken of meds

I am on my daily doses of methyldopa. what should i do if i miss the said schedule intake of the certain time. I was about to take it last night at 12 midnight but i took it at 3 am for a every six hours schedule that is suppose to be at the time set of 6-12-6.. what shloud i do if i did miss the dose that i was suppose to take? should i resume to the original schedule? anyway i am 32 weaks AOG.
