Q: Missed period worries

okay i am a virgin and i have moved a lot in my life i have generally light periods but i missed one and sine i moved in nov. 2008 i have been a little off irreagular i missed this month and idk exactly whats going on i am really P Oed with someone i am adjusting to moving in with my grandma and missing my mom.i am waiting for my PSAT scores i am in school waiting for my reportcard though i am not that worried about that i am really not that stressed though but i recently started working out more i usually walk a mile every day or so i am working out mor though and i have a cold so in short should i be worried about anything???

Sometimes stress can cause you to miss a period, but also excessive weight loss, anorexia and excessive exercise can cause your period to go MIA too. You should see your gyn ASAP to ensure that your hormones are in check and to make sure there isn't any other underlying cause for your amenorrhea.
