First of all...stop worring! Worring and stress can delay you period. How many times is a "few times" and are we talking in a row and what week? When was the last time you had sex, whenever it was, wait 2 weeks and then get a test if your period still has not come.
I would also set an alarm clock to remind you and carry your pills with you. I would also get in the habit of checking it before you go to bed everynight and before you and your boyfriend have sex each time. It honestly takes a few seconds.
