I have had regular periods, to the day, for as long as I can remember. This month, I am 7 days late. I have been very tired, but I have also been ill with a cold. I have had light pink spotting, but just enough to notice after I use the restroom. I have had pains, somewhat, that I thought felt like gas pains, but nothing like PMS cramping. I have not been under stress. I have taken a HPT that has turned out negative. Should I make a Dr appt? Could this be from me being sick? (I have never had problems with this before.)
