I had protected sex (good quality latex condom with spermicide) around the last month of school (last day was Fri.13th) and my last period occurred a couple weeks before that. I haven't had a period since, it's been 60-70 some days. I've taken two pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. My menstrual cycle has been known to be irregular, but never this bad. I've been experiencing tons of stress because I'm not allowed to see my boyfriend anymore (not without good reason, I know). I'm very prone to stress and barely survive with how much stress I carry, but it's never been this bad. I'm hoping it's just stress-related. I've had no changes in diet or exercise. I'm very healthy, strict vegetarian with a moderate exercise routine that has never bothered my menstrual cycle before. I'm going to talk to my mom about going to a doctor. She knows the whole story but doesn't know that I've taken pregnancy tests, we're very open and she won't freak out or anything.

Have you considered birth control to help regulate your periods?

anything can affect the cycle of your periods, from stress to weight change, diet and exercise.
