Missed period due to Nuvaring removal ?

Hey everyone,
This past month I started the Nuvaring. 5 days into it my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and (TMI, sorry) he ejaculated in me. Two days later I realized I was supposed to use extra contraception for 7 days before the protection reached its full potential, so I took Plan B. I had sex using condoms for the rest of the time except twice, but it was very brief and he did not ejaculate in me. Around this time I learned through a gyno visit that I have I complex ovarian cyst on my right ovary, which has been causing me abdominal pain and my doctor says may have been what was causing me to miss/have irregular periods. The doctor is having me come in for an ultrasound on July 21 to see if I will need surgery. Anyway, after the three weeks with the ring it (this past Wednesday, June 10) I took out the ring. I still haven't gotten my period. I know it hasn't even been 4 days yet, but I'm worried. Is this because of the cyst? Am I possibly pregnant? Thank you so much for reading this, I really need the help. I plan on calling my OBGYN tomorrow if I haven't gotten it, but I wanted to hear what someone else thought first.
