My period is 4 days late today but I've had the "symptoms" of having it. My breasts are very sore and the right one has had shocking pains that stop me in my tracks.

I am not pregnant (I haven't had sex for at least 1 month) and last months cycle was on time. I think the one before that was on time too but the one before that was extremely late.

I have anxiety and it has been hightened lately so I'm not sure if that has caused my period to be late.
