i'm concerned because I missed my period. I take the pill and didn't miss a day, although I was about an hour late one or two days this month. I also broke my leg this month, and was very careful about making sure none of the prescriptions I got would interfere with my birth control. If I weren't taking the pill, I wouldn't be concerned because i've had an enormous amount of stress this month. But, I didn't think stress and emotions would cause you to miss a period if you were on the pill. If anyone has any insight into this, whether or not trauma like a broken leg can cause you to miss a period even if you're on the pill, I'd be very grateful.

Stress can cause you to not have a period any time. I guess take a test just to rule out pregnancy and then you'll know it's probably everything else going on that caused you to miss it. Who knows maybe its just really late to. It can happen even if your on the pill. Nerves, medicine all that can cause your body to not react like usual.
