Q: Missed period after surgery

Hi, I am a 22 year old female who is 5 weeks post op from a left total hip replacement. I had my last period 2 weeks before the surgery and haven't had it since. Is this normal?? I am freaking out, I am almost 100% sure I am not pregnant but can there be something else wrong delaying my period?
