I had sex today 5 days after my period (unprotected, no condom) and had missed one birth control pill five days ago on Thursday night. I took 2 pills on Friday night which was the start of my new pack. My pill packet says the chances of getting pregnant are higher when you miss pills at the start of a pack which was what I did. What are the chances of getting pregnant from this one missed pill?

So you missed the first pill or one of your placebo pills?

It really depends if that was enough for you to ovulate.

There's no set chance, its just a risky thing to do. If you miss your period at the end of the month, then take a test.
