Q: Missed one pill and started period

I take lo ovral and I do extended cycling. Yesterday morning I forgot to take it and had some dark discharge like right before I start my actual period. It usually takes three to four days after stoping my pills for this to happen. I took my pill at around 8 o'clock and the next morning my stomache was KILLING me. I couldn't even stand up straight. What do I do?
