Missed menstrual period - stress or pregnant?
Posted: 07-26-08 01:20am

I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend and now it has been 43 days since i had my last period. We used protection, condoms, and then he also pulled out before he finished. I saw this for sure once he was out that his fluids were dispensed. I am worried that i might be pregnant. Can sex cause missed periods? I have been under stress so i dont know if that is the cause, but i hear it can be. I am wondering this also. If i were to miss a period, would i begin to have a period at the time of my next cycle , about 28 days from when i was supposed to have my last?
Please help i am in such a mess from the worry of being pregnant. I could use some advice and help . Thank you in advance.

Take a pregnancy test to ease your mind and help you not to worry so much. Your fears may be causing your late period.

Personally I think you shouldn't be asking on a forum if it's possible to be pregnant. You know what happened and if you are worried you are pregnant, then go find out form a professional, or something more expensive and descreet.. A test. (First response, etc)

I am pregnant... I am 15 years old and I am going to have to have an abortion.
This type of thing is very serious. Don't ask a bunch of strangers, it's your life,
do something that's more reliable, k?

Good luck.

Actually, we have an entire forum designed for women to ask whether they could be pregnant. This site is designed to answer questions, educate and help people. There's nothing wrong with asking questions and looking for advice.
