miserable for over a month and a half

hello i am a 32 year female, and i have been having issues on dec 20th i went to the er with racing heart rate and trouble breathing, they said i have bronchitis and gave me inhaler and antibiotics, noone now know whats wrong with me i am still having these problems and been to er i dont know how many times in the past couple months encluding just last night, i have a app at ent monday and also a stress test for then as well, i have large lumps im guessing swollen taste buds. my uvula is resting on my swollen tounge thoart gets dry. i have to sit with my face in steam just to feel like i can breath normally. went i went to er last night they first told me i have cobblestone and then did swab test and came back and said i dont have strep. but went on to say i have a viral infection confused none of these dr know what is going on and i am getting very fustrated and just want to beable to breath normally again, hopefully ent can pin point whats wrong....i have been to er 5 times and gp 4 times and dentist which wants to pull teeth but im scared i wont beable to breath even more once he puts the novicane in becuase of the "bronchitis" i supposebly have, i go back to dentist on the 16th i believe it is.
