miscarrying ???

Need some advice!!! Finally..after 3.5 years pregnant again. Had two miscarriages before both at 7 weeks. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks. Yesterday had some spotting and most of my symptoms went away. No cramping though. I kinda know what it means unfortunately..but still need some hope! Has anybody had anything like that and still had a good pregnancy???? My US is not until the 12th and maybe don't even need to go . Need some advice please!!!
