Hi~ I'm 37 years old and I miscarried for the first time this past September at 12 weeks. We have a little boy who will be 4 in January and our baby that we lost was our second baby. With both conceptions we tried the first time and got pregnant. I used the Ovulation sticks to tell when I was ovulating and it worked both times so I kinda feel like that method worked. But after my miscarriage we have tried for three months using the same method to indicated when I am ovulating but I have not gotten pregnant. BUT what I think is happening is that I am producing eggs, one gets fertilized but for whatever reason it's not taking. The reason I believe this is because I have very significant and early symptoms like nausea, dizziness, mild cramps and tingling in my belly button. These symptoms occur about 3-4 days after conception. These symptoms are much to early for me to think they are premenstrual that usually happens about about 2-3 days before I start my period.
I plan to call my OB on Monday to set up a consultation but I am very hesitant because I believe she is going to think I am just a over anxious nut who wants to get pregnant rather than really looking into my concern and researching if there is really something going on.
Has anyone been through something like this?!?
