I have just started bleeding about 3 weeks after I should have originally started my period. I am never irregular and always right on time. Around one week after I should've started I took a pregancy test, but it tested negative. I have thyroid problems and i have heard that increases risk of miscarriage. Are there any signs to watch for so I can see if my late bleeding is just a late period, or a miscarriage?
