Q: Miscarriage nobleeding no cramp when to do D & C

need help badely
Hi I come to know from doc at my 11week testing that my baby is not having heartbeat any more on monday and doctor told me wait till next monday and want to wait if abortion happen by nature, if not then will decide weather to do d and c or not. now is it safe to do so or have to d and c ASAP to avoid any future complication.

Please HELP ME................

I'm sure by now you have had the procedure or suffered your loss naturally,First of all i'm so very sorry for your loss i lost my baby at 10 weeks 3 days and i waited a week before having the d&c its not dangerous to you.I know theres nothing anyone can say to make it better right now but dont give up it does get better i promise
