Miscarriage Cause from short cervix Posted: 05-21-08 08:23am
About 3 years ago I had a miscarriage, the
ER doctors didn't tell me my cervix was
short, they never checked it, they just
brushed it off like it's something that
happens. Then November 2007 I found out I
was pregnany again, I made all my regular
doctor appointments and everything was
going ok, but at 4 1/2 months My cervix
Dialated & I had another Miscarriage.
This time The Doc gave me more
information, I was told My Cervix is short
& that It would have to be stitch as
early as 12 weeks If I get pregnant again.
This is my 1st time hearing of my
condition
am I wrong for blaming my Doctors for not
telling me this before? This could been
prevented. I went to all my Doctor Visits
& They never checked my cervix.
