Q: Miscarriage and Stillbirth Question

im pregnant and for the last 2 hours ive been bleeding heavily and its not stopping i dont know what to do my mum dose not know im pregnant so i cant talk to her about it and i dont want to go to the hospital if i have to saty in over night. will i have to stay in over night?thank you
